The Servicedesk module is used to create, resolve and record service tickets. QR codes can be used for entering tickets (requests), which can be placed in rooms or directly on a specific device. It is also possible to make requests without QR code technology. After the request is created, the request (ticket) is displayed to the relevant staff in the dashboard panel, where complete information about the ticket and the progress of the ticket resolution is displayed. Immediately after successful ticket creation, the owner, dispatchers, managers and the technician assigned to manage the affected asset or building will receive notification of the request creation.
Record for each task (checks, tickets) the planned time spent by the technician to solve it. With these plans, you can better plan the work of technicians so that their time pool matches the scheduled requirements. With a clear report, you can then evaluate the efficiency of the work and technician workload by time or on a specific building.
